Invest Like Buffett

Introduction to Value Investing

Many people like to quote Warren Buffett, but most of them do not follow him. Don’t be one of those people. Warren Buffett is the world’s most successful investor in history. He is also the richest investor in the world. Don’t you think you can learn a thing or two from him?

If you want to learn the philosophy, principles, and practices of Warren Buffett, sign up for “Invest Like Buffett: Introduction to Value Investing” and start building your wealth in the stock market just like the most successful investor of all time.

This online course enables you to understand what value investing is all about by looking at how Warren Buffett got started in his investing journey. It also looks at how value investing styles have changed to adjust to the changing times. Proof (from numerous studies) that value investing works is important before you risk your time and money.

Here, we will look at a study that proves value investing outperforms other strategies, albeit at a lower risk. Next is investor psychology, which is not often taught in business school but could be a critical factor to one’s success. Finally every good stock starts with a proper search methodology. To make things easier, we will use WideMoat Analytics’ search function to learn how to search for candidate stocks for further analysis.

Tools for Study

Aside from the video lessons, there are discussion questions where participants can interact and exchange ideas. You are encouraged to do some research on your own to validate (or invalidate) some of the lessons that are taught.

The instructor will try to answer all questions posted on the discussion page.
